Project Life Cycle and Product Life Cycle

The combination of phases that the project goes through is known as project life cycle. A generic project life cycle framework, which may include the following phases: The Starting the Project phase, the organizing and preparing phase, the carrying out the Work phase, and finally, the closing the Project phase. A project can be framed in the overall Product Life. The product life cycle is the complete history of a product, extending through its idea, definition, development, operation, and disposal phases.
