Lean Processes

Scrum is built upon lean processes. Lean stresses how the team should continuously and systematically reduce waste. Work that does not add value should be eliminated. The video will explore how a scrum team can avoid several types of waste. There are plenty of examples of waste that can be avoided:
- Unused Work such as detailed work produced upfront that may become obsolete in case of change.
- Undone Work such as unfinished or incomplete items.
- Unused or low-value features represent waste
- Hand-offs across different functional units.
- The Cost of Multitasking
- Ineffective Practices

This video is part of a series of videos that will explore agile concepts, practices and frameworks.
