Agile Coaching

With agile coaching, we bridge the gap between theory and Agile practice. We work with your professionals, assisting them while they manage their agile projects, facilitating the implementation of Agile good practices, and providing on-the-job training when necessary. Agile coaching translates into the realization of coaching sessions. In these sessions can be involved professionals of your organization that are involved in agile management activities and that you think can take better advantage of these sessions.

Agile coaching covers multiple dimensions, including:

• Applying a set of frameworks
• Using best practices
• Developing interpersonal skills
• Using agile tools
• Clarifying concepts

We prepare an agile coaching program that includes:

• Evaluate – verify which practices and skills are applied and which ones need reinforcement. Identify difficulties that require assistance and prepare a coaching plan.
• Learn – Support the teams on the field to overcome obstacles and concentrate on the technical and behavioral aspects of agile. At the end of this phase we prepare a personal development plan.
