Earned Value Professional course
The Earned Value Professional Course is a comprehensive course that will analyze in detail the Earned Value Management (EVM) technique, with its status, variance, performance, and forecast metrics. The course will discuss the implementation of EVM in multiple project scenarios, furthermore, highlighting how to customize the EVM standard model to bypass typical control challenges.
