The European Certified Agile Coach (EC-AglC) certification course specifically includes the following topics:
- Explore the fundamental elements of Agile, such as, for example, its core values, guiding principles, key practices, and commonly used frameworks.
- Understand agile roles, and in particular, gain a clear understanding of the role of the Agile leader.
- Discover essential Agile events, including, for instance, the sprint, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Learn about Agile artifacts, such as, for example, the product backlog, sprint backlog, and the increment.

Access to elearning materials
