Scrum Master II Course Programme
The Advanced Scrum Master Course programme deepens the knowledge and skills required for a Scrum Master, with a focus on applying Scrum effectively in more complex environments and preparing for a Scrum Master II Certification:
- Scrum framework and a deeper understanding of its principles and practices.
- Product Backlog management and evolution.
- Progress monitoring and tracking the team’s work.
- Analysing and resolving complex situations in Scrum teams.
- Developing and improving Agile teams and organisations.
- Applying Scrum in different contexts and adapting practices to the team’s needs.
Regardless on the course option, the students may receive a copy of the book “Scrum Handbook” written by Henrique Moura
Nevertheless, books may be handed over in person or shipped by postal services. Finally, books can only be shipped to the European Community territory.

XPM Consulting offers courses in different formats. Not all courses are available in every format. Please check the available options for the course you wish to take.
Advance Scrum Master: virtual and elearning Training
Virtual courses combine live training with the flexibility of distance learning. Sessions are led by the trainer and allow participants to actively participate, ask questions and complete exercises. During the training, participants can use whiteboards, answer questions, exchange messages and take part in Q&A sessions, among other features.
Since 2010, XPM has also offered elearning, allowing participants to study at their own pace. When a course is available as elearning, please refer to the elearning tab for information about the specific features, resources and terms of that format.
Scrum Master II Elearning Course
Our Advanced Scrum Master certification or Advanced scrum master elearning courses are available in English, and may include, for example:
- Lessons and also handouts,
- Exam questions, exercises as well as learning games,
- Glossaries of concepts and also acronyms.
Access to elearning materials
Your elearning course enrolment includes the right to access the elearning course content but for a limited time. The starting date of your access to the elearning course is deemed to be the date that we send you the login access, even if you don’t access the course content. The access time is determined considering the elapsed time without distinguishing weekdays from weekends, vacations, and also holidays. Finally, you must ensure that you complete the course content within the allocated period.
VAT
