Agile at Scale Course: Classroom Training
Classroom training combines the presentation and discussion of key topics with practical examples and exercises.
Depending on the course, the training may include:

Online Agile at Scale Course: Virtual and Elearning Training
Virtual courses combine live training with the flexibility of distance learning. Sessions are led by the trainer and allow participants to actively participate, ask questions and complete exercises. During the training, participants can use whiteboards, answer questions, exchange messages and take part in Q&A sessions, among other features.

Access to elearning materials
Your elearning course enrolment includes the right to access the elearning course content but for a limited time. The starting date of your access to the elearning course is deemed to be the date that we send you the login access, even if you don’t access the course content. The access time is determined considering the elapsed time without distinguishing weekdays from weekends, vacations, and also holidays. Finally, you must ensure that you complete the course content within the allocated period.
European Certified Scaled Agile Master (EC-SM®) exam voucher
If you purchase a course option that includes the European Certified Scaled Agile Master (EC-SM®) exam voucher, you must request the voucher within six months of completing the training, either in person or virtually.
The exam voucher is an electronic code assigned to each candidate. It is valid for one year from the invoice payment date and allows you to take one attempt at the exam. The exam can be taken online.
Conditions
- Exam vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the organisation responsible for the examination.
- Exam vouchers are personal and non-transferable.
- Exam vouchers are non-refundable.
- Exam vouchers cannot be resold, exchanged or converted into cash.
- Unless otherwise stated, each exam voucher consists of an electronic code that allows one attempt at the examination.
- If you do not pass the EC-SM® exam on your first attempt, you are entitled to a second attempt (Retake), which must be taken within one month of the first attempt. If you do not take the exam within this period, the right to the Retake is automatically forfeited.
- The candidate must request the Retake from XPM within two weeks of the first exam attempt.
