XPM Consulting has, presently, courses in many formats. Even so, not all courses are available in all formats. Thus, the available formats are:

Classroom

The classroom course includes, moreover, the following approach:

  • Discuss each topic, thus providing examples to facilitate learning,
  • Complete and, moreover, discuss simulation exams for each module, if applicable,
  • Finish and, also, diagnose an integrated battery of exam questions, if applicable,
  • Complete learning exercises, like for example, case studies, memorization exercises,
  • Finally, prepare a study plan and individual exam applications, if applicable

Virtual Classroom Live Courses

Our virtual classroom live courses are designed to help our students learn and, moreover, practice. We achieve this through productive and, even more, engaging training sessions that combine the effectiveness of live training with the flexibility and convenience of distance learning. Trainees can access a live training session, contribute to the conversation, as well as access whiteboards, questions, exams, messages, and Q&A sessions.

Software

Indeed, we use a conferencing platform for our virtual training courses. Elearning

Since 2006, XPM has dedicated thousands of training hours to prepare professionals for certification exams. Since 2010, our experience is available online so that you can prepare yourself for an exam at your own pace. Our European Certified Agile Project Manager (EC-AglPM) elearning courses available in english, include, for example:

  • Lessons and also handouts,
  • Exercises as well as learning games,
  • Glossaries of concepts and also acronyms.

Access to elearning materials

Your elearning course enrolment includes the right to access the elearning course content but for a limited time. The starting date of your access to the elearning course is deemed to be the date that we send you the login access, even if you don’t access the course content. The access time is determined considering the elapsed time without distinguishing weekdays from weekends, vacations, and also holidays. Finally, you must ensure that you complete the course content within the allocated period.

If you purchase a course that included the European Certified Agile Project Manager (EC-AglPMⓇ) exam voucher, you must, indeed, request the voucher within six months after the end of the virtual or classroom course. The exam voucher is an electronic code supplied to each student, that, basically, allows one attempt on the exam. The exam is held online in a place of the candidate’s choice, on condition that, the candidate has internet connection and also a PC.

Observations

  • Upon completion of the examination, the results are generally, provided to the candidates immediately after the exam is submitted.
  • Certificates are automatically sent via email to candidates who pass the exam successfully, although they may be found on the website of exam supplier.
  • The exam vouchers are personal and, additionally, non-transferable
  • The exam vouchers cannot be return
  • If students fail the EC-AglPM exam on their first attempt, they are entitled to a second attempt, which must be taken within a maximum period of 1 month from the date of the first exam. If the student does not take the exam within the referred period, the Retake is automatically canceled.
  • The student must request the Retake from XPM within a maximum period of 2 weeks after failing the first attempt.
Participants enrolled in a course that includes a European Certified Agile Project Manager (EC-AglPMⓇ) exam voucher, who have attended all classroom sessions and also have failed the exam within 60 days of classroom or virtual course completion, can enroll in a future course edition for free, within one year upon failing the exam.

VAT
